Return policy
-We will take HD video and send it to buyer before shipment, buyer can choose whether to ship or not within 3 days, once shipped, it can not be canceled in the middle.
- Orders received but returned without reason and no longer liked will not be returned.
- We will only replace defective or damaged items.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original condition in which they were received.
- Footwear must be returned in the original box provided and packed in a protective shipping box.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date and merchandise must be shipped back within 7 days of the request being approved. Items that do not meet the requirements or are sent outside of this window will be refused and may be returned to you.
-If your item is intercepted by customs, we will send it to you again. (But we will only resend it once).
If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, or if there has been a fulfillment error, please contact us and our customer service team will be happy to assist you. Please contact Customer Service within 7 days of the date of receipt and include a photo of the product you received and details of the photos you would like included. We will use this information to find a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will replace it at no cost to you. For all other requests, please contact Customer Service. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
NOTE: Please do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
